Forgot SAT Collegeboard Password and Security Question?

<p>My father made this account and set up my June 4, 2011 SAT with it. Now, we need to log into it to see the score tomorrow. He does not remember the password. He didn't even remember the user name but he got that sent to his e-mail. Now, we have both the e-mail and the user name for the account BUT we do not have the password and they only gave him 3 guesses before they didn't allow him to try again for a whole 24 hours!!! He then tried the "forgot password" link but that requires him to answer the security question which he doesn't know either....</p>

<p>The "contact us" doesn't help because EVERY phone number I called had a machine answer with irrelevant information like how to register... or that they're closed at this time... which doesn't help because he WORKS all day. I tried "Online Inquiry Form" but it says it may take days (time I do not have... scores come out in <12 hours) for them to answer (which they may not be able to do!).</p>

<p>Is there an e-mail new password button or ANY way to get our password by tomorrow? Seems like their website is very unfriendly to costumers.</p>

<p>You might try to using a different computer, recognized then as a different IP address.</p>

<p>If you have the email and the user name, the second computer might allow you to request a new password through the forget password button.</p>
