Hey guys! So I was recently accepted into UCSB but I realized that I forgot to input in one of my math courses. It was Algebra 1 and I took it the summer before freshman year. I earned an A first semester and a B second semester. However I’ve taken geometry-calculus and passed all those courses with a B or better. Will they take back their acceptance for me forgetting to input my algebra grade?
Is the Algebra 1 class listed on your HS transcript? If so, just email admissions about accidentally omitting the class and follow up with a phone call. Keep all documentation and you should be fine.
Yes it’s listed as the very first class I took at my high school. However, I didn’t list it back in November because I thought we only listed courses from 9th grade and later on. @Gumbymom
Summer before 9th grade is considered part of your 9th grade courses.
So are they likely to revoke my acceptance once they receive my final transcript? @Gumbymom
No, not unless you notify them now and they make a notation on your application that you accidentally omitted the grades. Make sure you email and phone admissions. Document whom to talk.
Meant so say “if you do not notify them” prior to your final transcript, then it could be a problem.
