Forgot to notify school of change to academic record on UC application.

When I first filled out the UC application I accidentally omitted my attendance at a foreign university as a part of a gap year program. I was able to correct this by submitting a clarification letter and scan of my transcript and I thought it had all been resolved.

Now I’m sitting here with the SIR to UC Irvine submitted, but I notice that they don’t seem to have any requirement for me to send in a transcript from the foreign university. they don’t appear to have any knowledge of it at all! What I just now realized is that I was supposed to notify the admissions offices of the colleges I was applying about this change. I think it was never brought to their attention. So now I’m in a situation where I have to tell them about the discrepancy, but I feel like it’s way too late to do this and if I tell them they just might end up rescinding my admission.

I’m really stuck here. If anyone can tell me how UC’s treat admitted students who forgot to notify them about changes to their academic record until this point in the admissions process, I would greatly appreciate it.

How did you submit the clarification letter and transcript? To where did you send that to?

If you have copy of what you sent, I assume it will be OK, unless you have bad grades, I suppose. I would just send the official transcript and send an email with a screenshot of what you sent earlier.
