So for my CSU application i think i forgot to put down my class for junior year, Math Analysis Honors in which i received a grade of C and D+, because i thought D's were not counted. Also, I am retaking the same class my senior year now (going to receive A for 1st sem. grade) which made me believe that it would cancel out my junior year grade.

I don't know if this is a small or large error and its stressing me out since admissions are over now. I'm still on the compact for success program for SDSU, but i don't know if disregarding a junior year class that is being repeated senior year will revoke my admission for the schools i applied to. Any help or input would be appreciated.

Just send them an e-mail or other communication. Dont worry, this happens to a lot of applicants.

IMO, yes leaving out a class, particularly one in which you received a low grade, is a major omission. Your grade has not been replaced YET, so you need to acknowledge that class and grade. And it will be on your transcript, which will make it look bad that you didn’t list it on your application.

I would contact the school and make the correction. Please do not say that you ‘forgot’ to list the class as that will seem/be disingenuous. Say that you didn’t put it down because you are currently retaking it, but now realize that you will not have completed it when decisions are made, so it should be on your application.

So would i have to email the csumentor website or to the schools i have applied to?

Start with CSUMentor to see if they can make a correction before your app is sent out to the schools.
