I don’t know how on Earth I managed to miss this, but I didn’t select to report my AP Subject Test scores for the 12 schools I’ve submitted to. Is it a major red flag if I didn’t report these having the AP courses on my transcript? I did decently on the tests (4, 3 and 3) and the rest of my grades aren’t as strong as I’d like them to be, so would reporting these have helped me? Is there anything I can do now that the applications are already in? Thank you all.
I would email the admissions office at each individual school explaining your mistake along with your scores. This should be okay since they are self-reported anyways. Make sure to include your common app id with your email so they can attach these scores to your file easier.
@mbandjammin3 Should I do this over sending AP scores on through collegeboard even though I did not self report them? The only reason I’d email them over choosing to send scores is to save the $15 per school fee…
The AP scores most likely shouldn’t have to be sent officially until you enroll. They are then used for credit/placement purposes. It may also be quicker at this point to email them directly. It may also be good to call each individual office to see what they suggest if you are able to.
