What was the outcome of this situation?
I’m sort of on the same boat. I forgot to report a W for a class that I retook the following semester.
And I’ve realized this AFTER I received my admissions. I’ve emailed and contacted admissions… I’m going to give them a call tomorrow.
BTW, as usual, I didn’t read the post all the way through. 
They often don’t visually update the application even though behind the scenes it is updated.
