<p>I was accepted as a transfer student for Fall of 2009. However, I'm unable to see my financial aid award because a document is missing. It's the "The Verification of Family Members in College Form." But I didn't notice it in the list of undergraduate financial aid forms.. does this form have another name, or does anyone else have a similar problem? </p>
<p>Whether I end up going really depends on how much aid I get, so I'd really like to get this figured out. I'll call tomorrow, but maybe someone on here can save me some time</p>
