<p>when they say postmark by nov. 1, what do they mean? all my forms were sent in last week except the signature form and right now its 6pm, postmans gone and postoffice is closed, i can put the signature form in my mailbox but the postman won't get it until tomorrow. </p>

<p>Kinko's are open 24h, and have fax machines. If there isn't one in your area, I am sure it will be fine to mail that form tomorrow...</p>
