FPF billing building open Saturdays: Y/N?

<p>Their site does not make any indications</p>

<p>I had sent my stuff to their Express Courier address but now my mom is telling me priority mail is not express courier. I have a sister in Stanford, can she go their offices tomorrow and give them the EPF and check?</p>
