I am a transfer for next year and have a couple questions on cornell frats
How is fall rush and is it common for transfers to rush then or the winter?
Also what are the top frats and what are they like. I get that you should rush all over blah blah blah but I've been through it at my old school and I don't really care so much about campus involvement, scholarly tendencies or amount they donate to charity. All great things but really who can host good parties, attract good looking girls and do it without being complete tools.
Any that fill my order?

most houses dont have fall rush, and quite a few transfers end up pledging in the spring. at my house we generally have 4-8 transfers in each pledge class. general pledge class size range from 14-30. some of the more social houses are sae, chi psi, psi u, sig phi, sig chi but people freak out when you rank etc so i wont get involved in that. there are 43 frats and you really do have to roam around to open parties first semester. if you ask around once you get to school you will get a feel for where you might fit in. some kids make friends first semester with guys in their favorite houses and go to pre-rush events etc.
