I was recently admitted to UCSC and one of the conditions was that I am in good standing at the last institution. It says "Maintain good standing at your last school.

A student is in good standing if the grade point average is at least 2.0 and the
official transcript does not indicate dismissal, probation, or other restrictions. A
student who has outstanding financial obligations to another institution is not
considered to be in good standing. "

Does that mean the community college I am currently at? Or good standing at all other community colleges I have ever attended? I have no outstanding financial obligations but my GPA at other colleges is not a 2.0 but I put every grade down on my application. I emailed UCSC admissions already but I am kinda freaking out! Thanks for your opinions guys!
