<p>Never heard of that one. But the meters are free from 9pm - 7am.</p>
<p>a parking attendant once told me that if a lot if open (usually after 7pm), then you dont need a parking pass to park there. but he seemed to be not 100% sure on his answer.</p>

<p>There are a bunch of meters next to Sproul as well as a few in the turnaround.</p>

<p>Its unenforced if you go there at night. Just be sure to wake up early so you can be able to move it. Theres also always parking on Galley...</p>
<p>it is uninforced in the upper lot (across from hedrick) at night. I've parked there many times with no ticket. They don't start checking till i believe 7am. However, it's not fun waking up early and moving your car, as you'll have a good amount of time spent searching for a spot on the street.</p>
