French graduating At Penn State !

<p>Hey everyone I'm french , I'm actually searching to apply at penn state , I'm already doing all the work needed for (sat , application...)</p>

<p>I want to know what are my chances to get there </p>

<p>My french Average is 12/20 that's good for a french I don't know how much it is here
I'll probably easily beat the 1600 at the SAT , even if it is really hard
The first time I pass it I got : Math 570 CR 500 WR 410 </p>

<p>I also play rugby at a really good level in a team .</p>

<p>Do you know what can be my chances ?</p>
