French & Math - trying to determine last test

Yo, i'm trying to take a few extra subject tests to try and distinguish myself some more. trying to diversify my profile some.

Taken: USH, World hist, Math I (790, 750, 680)

In another thread I decided to take Bio E.

Now I have to decide on what to take for my last test (or if i should take two more): French, MathII, or retake MathI

French:
I've taken 4 years of french (though teacher for 2 years was horrible) and I'm worried having a ton of AP tests, subject tests, etc and nothing in French will be seen as very odd, and possibly discredit those years of french on my transcript. But at the same time, i'm worried i'd bomb (in a CC'ers mind) the test.
Anyone who has experience with the French test: nice curve? harsh? would a prep book bring someone seriously up to speed to do well on the test? if so, what book?

Maths:
I'm taking calc AB this year, but am worried i'd do bad on the test because of a bad precalc teacher. I looked at sample questions and wasn't doing amazing, so I read PR's book and took MathI (got 680, hoping for better. to note, I got a 690 on SATI math)

I've heard PR isn't best for math subject tests. but do you guys really think getting a better book and studying with it will help me drag that score up (at least 30 points)? or do you think a student going into calc AB could likely study (with a better book, probably having to pick up some concepts as new) for mathII and honestly do well?

Thanks a mil guys...

Math IIC and Biology E/M can be self studied.
this is what I did.

for Math IIC, i used PR and Barrons (i got a 790)
-when it comes to what books to use, it's all about preference. I found PR to be extremely helpful
-if you really want to challenge yourself, get Melanyi's 15 Math IIC subject test.

for Bio E, i used PR and Sparknotes (i got a 770)

only take French if you feel STRONGLY that you can achieve a 700+
