French over the summer?

Has anyone taken/is planning on taking French 3 or 4 during the summer? If so, where?? I've spent hours upon hours trying to contact community colleges in the Los Angeles/Orange County area (I live in Huntington Beach) but the only way I've found to take those classes would be to do a study abroad for 4 weeks with a community college.

Lately, I've been considering majoring in International Relations. If I took a French 4 class this summer, would that fulfill the requirement for French 3 and French 4? And if I took the placement exam and somehow placed lower (like in French 2), would I still be able to take a French 3 or 4 class at a community college to fulfill the requirement?

french 4 must be taken AT usc for the requirement to be fulfilled

USC ARR : Articulation

if you can't find anything that articulates then you cannot take that class in the summer for credit.

at Pasadena CC, here are the courses that articulate

FRNCH 1 = FREN120
FRNCH 2 = FREN150
FRNCH 3 = FREN220
