Freshman in Canada -> Top US School?

I'm a freshman at a top undergrad business school in Canada. In high school, I didn't start looking at applying for US schools until it was too late, so I missed the chance to apply. I'm starting to look at transfers into sophomore transfers, just to see what my options might be - I'm fine staying here, but it would be nice to go to a better known/recruited school. Although my school is one of the best in Canada, it can't compare to the top American schools. My intended career field straight out of school is I-banking.

First Semester Uni GPA: 3.8/4.0

My high school didn't offer any AP courses.

12th Grade GPA: 96% (4.0/4.0)
11th Grade GPA 91% (4.0/4.0)
10th Grade GPA: ~85%
9th Grade GPA: ~82%

I have a couple positions in university, and a research assistant gig, but no leadership positions because they're not really open to freshmen. I have plenty of leadership positions from high school. I'll likely have a very solid internship this summer, but I can't write about that in my application I don't think.

Another issue is that I didn't take the SATs in high school, and I have no time to study and take them now. So I can only consider schools that don't require SATs for transfers.

What calibre of school could I expect to have a chance at being accepted to? Any specific schools? I know Cornell and Brown don't require SATs, but I don't know if my profile is even remotely good enough for them.

You have a pretty good GPA. Though, Cornell and Brown are equally difficult to get into. To my knowledge… most universities don’t require SAT scores for transfers (except for transfers who’s first language is NOT English). It doesn’t hurt to apply!
