Freshman in college with bad GPA

<p>I am in the quarter system at UC Davis and did really poorly during my first quarter (2.57 GPA average with a C in chem and 2 B's in animal science and anthropology 1).</p>

<p>I feel like with these terrible grades I should just drop out and attend a CC (I will be saving a shizz ton of money) but I also feel like I should tough it out and actually work my ass off to bring up my GPA.</p>

<p>To become a PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, do I need to take the pre-med path?</p>

<p>no, you don’t need to take the pre-med path to be a physician’s assistant. You’ll have to take the pre-nursing track, which is lighter.</p>
