<p>I was looking at the wisc.edu student center and there is a link to apply for scholarships on my portal page. The scholarship application is due Feb 4. I have not even received notification of acceptance yet. Why is this link there and should I be applying if I don't even know if I am accepted?</p>
<p>You can apply now since you may not find out until after February 4th that you have been admitted.</p>
<p>You can review the scholarship qualifications and then decide if you want to apply.</p>
