<p>I applied to UW Madison on October 29. On November 25, I was sent an email about CALS scholarships and so i filled it out. On November 30, I got a confirmatory email. Is it possible that I am being considered for scholarships and that is the reason I have yet to receive a decision to the university?</p>
<p>I think the two are independent from each other. </p>
