Freshman Transfer

I am currently a freshman at SUNY Binghamton and am looking to transfer after my first year, the school is great, but I don’t think it is a great fit for me, no offense to the school. My HS GPA was ~86 and my SAT was 1910 and 30 on the ACT, I’m motivated to work here so I can make transferring easier. I’m currently taking 16 credits worth of class and will take 16 more next semester.

I’m looking to transfer to one of the following schools
-SUNY Stony Brook
-NYU CAS or Tandon
-CUNY Hunter
-CCNY
-Fordham Rose Hill

What are my chances to get into one of these schools? And is it possible to transfer to one of these schools after a year and if so what do I have to do to make sure this is possible ? Also any other transfer advice would be helpful because I’m sort of lost right now.

Excellent grades, excellent letters of recommendation, excellent “why X is a better choice for me than my current U” essays if essays are required. That’s about it.
