Freshmen Self Study?

<p>I am an incoming freshmen, and I am planning to self study AP Psychology, and AP Human Geography and/or AP Environmental Science. I only picked those AP classes to self study because everyone says that it's easy. How much would it take to study each AP course everyday, and is three too much? And what prep books and textbooks should I use to study?</p>
