Self Studying AP Environmental/AP Pyschology, Advice?

<p>Ok, I want to self study these APs but Im scarred about it. I've taken AP Human Geography and did really good. How should I prepare for these classes? </p>

<p>Which Prep Books should I buy for these to self study??
How long should I spend preparing for the exam?

<p>i used pr for environmental and studied for about an hour a day for the month before the exam. i think i did well.</p>
