Friday night and majorly freaking out: Hold on URSA account

<p>Hi, so for some reason my e-check for my tuition payment didn't go through and there has been a hold on my account since September 28th and I only realized that a few minutes ago. Now it's the weekend and everything's closed and I'm sh**ing my pants!</p>

<p>What exactly is a hold?
Will this result in my courses being dropped?
How long does it take before they drop the courses?</p>

<p>Don’t worry. I had a hold on my account for several weeks because I didn’t see my “faculty advisor” in my engineering department. The only inconvenience I experienced was not being able to access URSA enrollment. Your classes won’t be dropped. There are people who have had multiple holds on their accounts for months for not paying tuition, housing, etc.</p>
