<p>My friend and I applied to CSUF for Fall 2014 and while i received mine about 3 weeks ago he still has not heard back TODAY. Which kinda surprises me because it is near the end of April when many students should be "SIRing". Details he has told me is that his application has been sent to the EOP department but has not been able to contact them.</p>

<p>The Admission offices at the CSU’s, including CSUF, do not administer the EOP programs,
which have a separate supplemental application.</p>

<p>So you friend will need to make TWO phone calls – one to the admissions office 657/278-7601,
and one to the EOP office 657/278-2784. </p>
