Hi I’m going to Michigan for the first time to go on a campus tour
I did some research but what to take from the airport to the campus and back is very confusing
The UMICH website says to use the AirRide but I’ve heard the Michigan Flyer too …
Which one do you think is better in terms of price and how close it goes to the campus?

AirRide stop in down town which is a few blocks away fron central campus. Michigan Flyer stops on Campus but I think it is not regularly run like AirRide.

The first time in Ann Arbor, I recommend cabbing it. It may cost more, but I am assuming you will be traveling heavy and are unfamiliar with the city and campus.
It not likely to travel too heavy if just visiting the campus. During the moving in and out, as well as school breaks, I think they still have the special bus runs to campus directly.
My son takes the Michigan Flyer to/from campus to DTW all the time. Pick up at Blake Transit Center downtown and right outside the gate area DTW. I think it is $22 round trip. Reliable and affordable.
My D has taken the bus, and also Uber.
