Frustrated about CSS Profile?

Hiii. I'm filling out the CSS profile right now and many questions are so confusing. I'm an international student from Korea, but we currently live in Kazakhstan. Well, my dad is back in Korea cause his contract in this country finished, so yeah..it's a little hard to fill all of this out without him here. I wanted to ask, do parents usually just fill their parts themselves, or do the students do it? It's just, I asked my dad about a few questions, but I don't think he knows much about how this whole thing works. He's not very familiar with the U.S. college system.

I'm just really frustrated because my dad just told me to write whatever I think is right, and all he told me that actually answered one of the questions was his salary. So yeah. This is really difficult. Also, do I have to answer every single question? I mean, for the questions that don't apply to us at all, I did leave blank, but there are some questions that I just have no idea what to put. Please help :(

Please give me some more information about this that I should know about...Thank you!

buuuummmpppppppppp

Your parents should be filling out the form

YEs, your parents should be filling out the form, or right there with you when you fill out the form, or give you the info when you need it. If you are filling out the form you are asking for money from the schools. Just like when you apply for a loan from the bank, so yes, the info does need to be accurate, and you will likely be requested to verify the information before you get a final award letter You will also need to verify to even get a student visa to study here in the US. So, yes, what your preliminary aid package says will be based on what you write down, and it will undergo verification before you actually get an award, which will then be part of your proof that you can afford to live and study in the US.
