<p>my cousin lives down in orlando, fl (i live in jax)... he is a high school senior... his core (or academic) GPA is a 2.7 and has an SAT of 1050... he applied to FSU for summer 2006 like two weeks ago... and has strong recommendations and extracurriculars...</p>

<p>He should be ok, FSU's not that selective. He better have some sefeties though.</p>
<p>Why did he apply for summer and not fall? His stats are a little low for FSU, he may need to start at the CC and then transfer into FSU after a year. The mid range GPA for FSU is 3.5-4.2 and SAT is 1110-1280.</p>
