I was accepted completely for Florida State University, but only accepted to PaCE for UF due to “space limitations.”
I want to hear from more people what the better choice is. I hope to study journalism.
Please don’t tell me to tour, because I won’t have that opportunity.

One of the PaCE students in the article is also a Journalism major (and has offered to answer questions).
In general, if a student was trying to decide between FSU and PaCE I would ask them what major due that plan on selecting, and how many credits (AP/IB/DE/AICE) they may have (as that drives how long they have to stay in PaCE.
Journalism is one of those majors, that may cause you to select PaCE, since UF has one of the best journalism programs in the country.

Don’t know if you decided yet but my daughter is just finishing with PaCE as a journalism student. So far it has been a very easy transition to campus. She stayed in an apartment off campus but really close so got to take part in everything the campus had to offer. You must be self motivating for online classes, but she came in with enough credits she only had to do 2 semesters worth. She is now accepted to campus for fall and has housing in a dorm with a friend just like everyone else. So all in all it was a great experience, hope this helps anyone with their decision on PaCE!
