What to do when applying for full-ride scholarships? Can I get them as an International student?
Which Universities grant them? What are the requirements?

BTW, I want to major in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering.

GPA: 4.0
SAT: Score Available on 26 June, 2014

You’re gonna have to give a little more info than that. Also, it depends on the school. Are you talking about merit based scholarships or need?

I’m looking for merit-based scholarships. I think I won’t get need-based financial aid as I am not a USA citizen.

See the Presidential Scholarship from UB <a href=“http://admissions.buffalo.edu/costs/meritscholarships.php ”>http://admissions.buffalo.edu/costs/meritscholarships.php ; However an interview is required and I don’t know if they’ll pay you to travel

This scholarship is unique:
And
Top Presidential Scholars graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences who are committed to attaining a Ph.D. degree will be granted automatic admission to graduate school in UB Engineering with guaranteed funding throughout their graduate studies.
