Hey! I am looking for a full ride at a decent school. Any recommendation?
Without you listing any other parameters, or you telling us your stats and potential major? No. But you can start reading through here:

@skieurope I am going undecided, GPA 3.9/4, SAT aiming for 1550, applying from the small developing country, many volunteer and extracurricular activities. My main concern is that I may not be applicable for fin.aid so aiming for a scholarship, the full ride would be great. The fact that I am international narrows my chances of getting full ride. I know NYU abu dhabi has a great scholarship, do you have any others in mind?
Look through the thread @skieurope cited. The listed colleges are the kinds of schools where you’ll probably have the best shot at full ride merit scholarships. If any of those opportunities interest you, be sure to verify they are available to international students.
Unless your family is rather wealthy (by USA standards) don’t assume you would not qualify for need-based financial aid. Schools that claim to cover 100% of demonstrated need are listed here:
https://www.usnews.com/education/best-colleges/paying-for-college/articles/2017-09-21/colleges-that-claim-to-meet-full-financial-need
Those schools are much more selective than the ones listed in the thread @skieurope cited. So, just getting accepted would be a challenge in many cases. If any of them interest you, try running their online net price calculators. Talk to your family about whether the estimated costs might be affordable.
