<p>Full ride scholarships and other merit based scholarships listed on this forum, are they mostly limited to US citizens or for permanent residents too?</p>

<p>I just got home from an interview for a full ride scholarship at the school I am going to (Hendrix College), and there were International Students interviewing for it so I would assume anybody can apply as long as they are accepted to the school.</p>
<p>Depends on the institution. I know a British citizen, living in the States, with full scholarship to Lenior Rhine.</p>
<p>hmmm, I could swear that's what someone told me once a loooooong time ago but I guess you learn something everyday :)</p>
