Full Ride?

Can the following stats get someone a full ride (tuition + room + board)?

Male in NY
SAT: 2300 (M:775 V:750 W:775)
SAT II's: 750, 725, 760
AP's: seven 5's (AP Scholar)
GPA: unweighted around 96-97, weighted: 104.423
Class Rank: 4/300
Extra Curriculurs: Math Club (2yrs(captain in last)), Tennis team(3yrs), Radio (2yrs), Journalism(1yr), Anchor Club(2 yrs), Volunteered at SUNY Stony Brook Hospital for about a year.
Research class taken in at SUNY Stony Brook, and recieved A- in it.

The only troubling stats are the crappy extracurriculurs, they are quite mediocre. But the academic achievement is pretty good. So what do you guys think?

775 on sats? is that possible?

To the original question: I don't think Buffalo gives very many full rides, but your stats might put you in the running for one. My friend has no better academics and no more than slightly better extracurriculars than you and is a NY state resident, and he has a full ride.

As long as you submitted by January 1 you should get it, otherwise you might be out of luck.
