Hi, I'm a Reed prospective student for the class of 2010. Since Reed offers no vocational programs and few specialized majors, is it basically a requirement that one must go to graduate school after Reed or face being a bum? I'm a little worried about spending 92,000 dollars on a degree that I can't even get a decent job with coming out of Reed. Can anyone tell me about their post-Reed experiences or what they plan to do after Reed?

I am not a Reed graduate, but I would suggest that anecdotal experiences might show you what is possible, but not what is likely. http://web.reed.edu/apply/about_reed/life_after_reed.html is Reed's take on the issue. Your question would apply to most any liberal arts college.
