Future Roommate Essay

So, after researching a lot online, I’ve narrowed down the future roommate essays to two categories:

  1. The quirky, humorous listing of eccentricities and hobbies with some descriptions and a central theme
  2. The sentimental, "this is who I am" essay describing a passion or extraordinary extracurricular

Go for one that still shows the attributes they want to see. Wit is fine. Let them like you.

It’s a note to a future roommate. If I were you, I’d mention the roommate. You could include questions in the note, or remark about things that you might have in common, intense interests that the roommate might share. It’s about you, but it’s not all about you.
