<p>I'm new here so forgive me if I don't give all the neccessary info...</p>

<p>3.5 GPA
Grade 9: English honors, history honors, earth science honors, reg math and spanish
grade 10: English honors, history honors, reg math span and sci
grade 11: English honors, history honors, reg math and sci, ind study
grade 12: AP English, AP US History, Stats Honors, ind study</p>

<p>SAT: 1220 taken 3 times (630 M; 590 V)
SAT IIs: didn't take them</p>

<p>ECs:
Editor of school paper (just one of the sections, not e-i-c)
Cabinet member of a politics club (don't want to give the name)
Staff Writer for several sports websites
Several charity things</p>

<p>I'm semi-paranoid about giving too much info but I will say this. I want to go into Broadcast Journalism and I have a killer portfolio for it. My letters of reccomendation are great (I picked great people who know me well). </p>

<p>Oh, and I'm caucasian :(</p>

<p>Oh and I forgot to mention something else that's very important. I took a journalism class at NYU over this past summer and got an A in it along with a certificate of completion for a writing workshop.</p>
