Gap Year Final Report

I was admitted to a school’s early decision program on my gap year, and was wondering if I needed to ask for my counselor to submit her mid-year/final report for me. The transcript and school profile she’s already sent in has all of my final senior grades.

What kind of mid-year/final report would there be for a gap year? The college already has your senior year final transcript. That should be it.
