<p>If you are not in school, you do not have a mid-year report, so there would be nothing for them to “fill out.” In applying, I am assuming you submitted your complete high school transcript which would contain your grades from both your mid-year senior grades and final senior grades. You have already provided the information that would be included in a mid-year report.</p>
