I want to take a gap year after high school but my parents have explicitly stated they will not financially support me. What programs are there (preferably service projects) that I can do that are completely free?</p>
<p>I heard Americorps hires right out of high school.</p>
<p>I just researched it, it looks pretty awesome!! Possibly a bit intense though… Any other suggestions from anyone?</p>
