<p>Everyone whose been notified of being a gates scholar, did you receive your package through fed-ex/ups or standard mail? I’m on spring break now and waiting around is doing me no good. I’m too anxious and nervous. The wait is killing me</p>

<p>uhh the letter came in the regular mail and it was a big envelope - the size of a college acceptance letter, since there is a folder-like thing inside with a letter, certificate and more information - postmarked on april 15th.</p>
<p>Anyone know what our GMS ID is? I don’t think it’s the same as our registration number when we were applying, but I don’t see anything about an updated number anywhere else. When I called the main Gates line on the website and selected the option for current scholars, it said that I wasn’t in the system, so it beats me.</p>
<p>@ mhamza… Thank you for the info. If it’s postmarked april 15th I should hopefully receive something by tomorrow. I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t take more than 5 days to have mail sent from CA to VA…</p>
