<p>So you know the gateway account (sig.usc.edu) that tells you what documents they have recieved?</p>
<p>Now there is nothing there... the only thing I see that they have recieved is school transcript. The required and pending boxes have none on them.
However, I remember checking this about two weeks ago, and everything was recieved.</p>

<p>Do you receive the log in information for gateway awhile after you apply or is it just the same login u used for the online appp?</p>
<p>you have to activate your account and pick a username and they send teh password to your email</p>
<p>ugh i hav to call on monday and ask then...
because it did have all the things at one point... they are all just gone now (i even have a screenshot to prove it!)</p>

<p>i called them up and they say that the gateway isnt hooked up with the application progress, my file has been complete but the sig still shows that it requires some stuff. how ever when i email them, they say that they have everything.</p>

<p>whoah that is weird. i can log on. plus im not sure if they even update stuff on it. Best choice is to just call them and make sure everything is there. That is more reliable than some online status checking thingy.</p>
<p>I just wanted to know whether USC will send the password by mail or is it the same password we used for the application.</p>
<p>Coz i have forgotten my application password and do not know how to enter the Gateway account.</p>
