i wasn’t selected either…its gotten to the point where i just laugh when i get a rejection. lol!
Don’t get down, it’s really all about luck at certain point! Just try your hardest and know that this terrible time in our lives will be over in 2-3 months. So really only a couple of more weeks of caring, and it’ll be all good

My son is selected as semi finalist. Can he use his scout master as his recommender even though in the letter states that they prefer a high school principal ?
I thought the letter also says Leader of Non Profit, so scout master would be a leader of a non profit. Who knows your son better the principal or scout leader? Who will write a better rec?
The scout leader since he knows my son for around 9 years and the principal is a new principal (1 year ago). That’s the reason why we think that the scout leader is the one who should write the recommendation letter but have a little concern about it. Thank you for your help @NJRoadie
