Gemstone dorm or regular dorm?

<p>Sounds like a silly question, I know.</p>

<p>I ask because one of my best friends got accepted RD.</p>

<p>I'd really like to room with him but he didn't get into honors, so I have to decide to just stick with the gemstone dorm, or request a regular one.</p>

<p>I've already decided to be in the gemstone dorm for sophomore year because of the team projects, but I'm still thinking about this year.</p>

<p>Quiet or Loud dorms- doesn't really matter to me tbh.</p>

<p>Gemstone dorms hands down. My brother met all of his friends in the gemstone dorms. Living in an ‘honors’ dorm you know that you will be surrounded with students similar to you, and not the typical ‘state school students’. Also it is really good bonding with people in your project and in the program all together. Also I do think you can live with your friend in the gemstone dorms, but im not sure on that one.</p>
