Gen-ed Classes

What are the best (easiest) gen-eds and proffesors. I need A&H and WC (should probably double-count). Any help would be appreciated.

  1. Check the list of gen ed classes and find a few that look interesting: http://gened.indiana.edu/Students/courses.html
  2. Check to see if the class is offered in Fall 2017. It's possible that some classes could be spring only, but if the class is not offered in Fall 2017, it will likely not be offered again. http://igps.iu.edu/sissrarm-prd/igps/search
  3. Check the grade distribution: http://gradedistribution.registrar.indiana.edu/
  4. Check ratemyprofessors.com for specific professors

I took CLAS-C 101 Ancient Greek Culture with Margaret Foster and REL-A 210 Intro to the Old Testament with Jason Mokhtarian. I got A’s in both, they weren’t too bad, and they double-counted.

The Old Testament class actually changed my perspective on my own religion and was definitely worth taking even though it got fairly boring towards the end. A close friend told me that FOLK-F 111 is extremely easy (and double counts), but it usually fills up quickly because it has a reputation for being easy.
