general ed. classes?

Hi, so with budget cuts making it harder to get into classes and graduate in 4 years, I'm looking into getting some credits over the summer at Pasadena Community College. Can any UCSC students tell me about gen ed classes that are especially annoying or difficult?
I already have AP credit/tested out of the U.S. history and English requirements, but anything else would be good to know.

For anyone else interested in the graduation requirements, this site is pretty thorough: http://reg.ucsc.edu/navigator/2007-08_Navigator/chapter3.pdf

Thanks!

There are dozens of classes that fulfill each GE (except core/C1/C2) so personally I’d find classes at PCC you’re interested, cross reference with assist.org to see if they fulfill any GE’s, and then enjoy yourself.

thanks for the site. looking closer i guess there are a lot of classes offered for each requirement, so i think i’ll take your advice and go by what interests me

It actually just occurred to me that I wouldn’t want to fulfill a req at PCC and miss a potentially great UCSC course. Are there any notably excellent GE classes that anyone has taken?
