Hey i Am A grade 11 european citizen Who wants to spend the next and last year of highschool in europe preferably france or italy.the thing is i only know english and turkish.so what i Wonder is where can i go and what would be the average fee

If you are European and you want to go to high school in France or Italy, why are you looking for advice on a US website? If you are living in the US there are study abroad programs (though usually for Grade 11) and you should talk to your school about that.
The thing is My family migrated to turkey so My school offers Jack on this Subject.though i didnt know this was A us site sorry

It sounds as if you would need a private International School if you want English-language tuition in France or Italy. Try googling those terms and see if prices and admissions requirements are within your grasp.
