Future international student

Hello everyone. I'm in my last year of HS, so I need some help. Currently, I'm studying in Romania, but I have no intention to apply for a college here. I'm vietnamese, by the way, so please, could you tell me how much will I need to pay (approximately) to study in a country, like, Germany? I'd really like to know and if you could also be kind to tell me all the cheapest countries in EU's for international students? I'm willing to specialize myself in Marketing, advertising. I'm 17, by the way. I'm living in Romania, for like, almost 7 years. I heard that international students have to pay much more than EU's students. Their policy is to live, at least, 8 years in Ro, so then I could become romanian citizen. But, unfortunately next year it will be only my 7th year in here, so I can't become a citizen , yet. Thank you in advance

I doubt that people here have any kind of knowledge about European universities. I think it would be easier for you if you looked somewhere else.

What languages do you speak? We could help you better if we knew whether you speak French, German, etc. (French universities are very cheap and some are basically free tuition to all admitted. German universities - it depends whether you want an English speaking program, same thing for Polish universities).
In short, what languages do you speak fluently, what languages do you know okay (B1-B2)?

German universities do not charge anything except for a small semester fee. This applies to EU citizens, but also for other international students. If your German is good enough and your school certificate is considered to be as advanced as the German Abitur, you can apply. The deadline is usually the 15th July, so you have to hurry.

In case your German is lacking, you can take a one-year course in many cities to bring it up to the necessary standard. Good luck to you.

As long as you study in German, you don’t have to pay almost anything (Fee-wise, Living expenses are on you) in Germany.
I believe that’s the same story for France (I know for a fact about Sorbonne, I’m not sure whether that applies to all schools in France).

Other than that, you could find cheap colleges mostly in Eastern Europe, Estonia especially. Poland is also an option (There’s even an american university there).

In more central part, there’s Bocconi University in Milan (It’s economics schools, not very expensive, has financial aid), where you can study in English.

It all depends on how much you can pay.
