Do you think we’ll hear tonight?
on my application it said my early decision app was waived, what does this mean?
@slaymartha from reading past forums on cc it seems like they send out an email around 12:00 on the day they release the acceptances saying that they will release them later that day. I think it’s typically at 6pm that they release the acceptances. So, I guess we just need to check out inboxes around lunch this week waiting for an email!
My guess is Friday but will see.
@twilliamsfcs mine says that too and I submitted it on time! Super confused. I’m gonna call the office tomorrow

@twilliamsfcs I called and they said it was waived because they had already received the information they needed. I’m guessing from the CSS profile and FAFSA which I submitted early

They accepted more ED applicants this year, but I’m still slightly worried. I don’t think we’ll get a decision until monday

@six2398 yeah because previous decisions were released around the 8th I believe. I hope that it is tomorrow though!
I read the forums on cc from the past ten years (the ones I could find) about EDII notification dates and they’ve released them anytime from Feb 1 to Feb 9. It also seemed like they tried to release on Thursdays or Fridays. The only time, that I could find, that they released them on a Monday was last year. It was also the latest they’ve released them, Feb 9. But from what I remember there was an SAT cheating scandal in China and I think GW had to go through their Chinese applicants another time, so it slowed down the process.
