Our second born daughter received a great merit based financial aid package from Villanova that is guaranteed for four years. She got into Georgetown but we are now faced with their "need" based financial aid package which is reevaluated each year. Our first born daughter will be a senior in college next year so I know when she graduates we are going to get killed by the "need" based calculations that Georgetown will make for our soon to be college bound daughter. So, the question is "Is Georgetown that much better a school that we should go into debt to send our daughter there"?
Any advice would be most appreciated.

Honestly, yes, Georgetown is a lot better (in most fields).

Keep in mind that you can always ask for more aid if you need to.

How much debt we talkin'?

Also, Georgetown's not that great with financial aid, so I wouldn't count on being able to negotiate with them.

Edit: It is a much better school though.

Both schools are great places, it's what you make at each one that counts.

Georgetown is much better than Villanova. I've never even heard someone considering the two of them for the same person until now.

That being said, it might matter more depending on your planned major. The differences for, say, international relations would be staggering. For business or something, not so much
