Just a quick question:
I'm taking my SAT IIs this Saturday (Bio, Math II, French) and I was wondering should I send them in when I am applying to Georgetown SFS (I want to apply EA)? I'm just afraid that they are not going to all be 700+ (especially the French Subject Test!) and that sending it in during EA will harm my chances of getting in.

I'm confused- it sounds like you have a choice to send in SAT II's or not...wouldn't your application not be considered complete if you didn't send in your SAT scores? If an applicant opted not to send in SAT II scores( and G-town requires 3 which means they are of some importance, perhaps more so than other schools), then I would defer the applicant unless he/she is truly outstanding and amazing( which isn't quite often)....

Does applying EA to G-town mean that you don't have to submit SAT II scores until later( or RD)....?

As far as I know, if you don't send in your SATIIs during the EA round of applications, your application will be considered incomplete and likely deferred to RD pending the completion of your file. If SATIIs are optional at Georgetown, then you would be fine without sending them in.
