My son was deferred Early Action, but was accepted on Sat with Regular Decision. We are Out of State. Any regular Ga Tech , school of Engineering scholarship opportunities, or as that all for early action acceptance.?
@markfnc we didn’t see any college of engineering specific scholarship opportunities. My son was awarded Provost which is amazing and gives him in state tuition rate.
How many get waitlisted out of the total RD admittance ?
What are the chances to get off the waitlist if you applied to CS major ?
Q1: 10% 3700
Q2: between 0 and 300
CS has nothing to do with it.
Will preference given to in-state applicants on waitlist ? what are the chances for OOS as CS major off the waitlist ?
I’m applying next year, I was wondering how much influence AP exam scores have on admissions? I’m expecting one low score this year, possibly a 2.

@confusedtryhard you don’t have to report that score on your application if you don’t want to. Unless you are having your scores automatically sent to GT they wont know until after you have been accepted and you send the scores for credit. Even then you can ask the College Board (in writing) to remove a score from your record.
